TEARAWAY Stabilizer Provides temporary support to the fabric and is best for Firm and evenly woven fabrics made of natural fibers.

WASH AWAY Stabilizer Provides temporary support to the fabric and is best for Delicate, washable fabrics or fabrics with piles such as terry and velvet.

You can use the 2 Layers of cutaway with Strechy Fabrics.

Always use full hoop stabilizers with adhesive or iron.
