My Story
I am Kimberly Bodden. I am 34, happily married and mama to a beautiful baby boy and 2 cute dogs in Texas. After taking time off from work to fully focus on myself and my family, I wanted to start a project that embodies my determination, creativity and positivity! I grew up watching grammie knitting and embroidering. She would make us sweaters in our favorite colors every winter. I would spend hours just listening to her talk and knitting and that’s when I knew what I wanted. I wanted to pour my heart in my work and now I am finally taking steps to live out my dream. I want to honor my sweet grammie who passed in 2016 by pouring love into what I create. I want everyone to feel included, loved and welcomed. This is my space for embroidery and art and making sure it is accessible to everyone everywhere so that no one ever misses out on the joy that is to create.

My goal is to make embroidery and art as accessible as I can so everybody can enjoy creating and making projects. I do not think there is any platform that is willing to create & share work for FREE as I am. I am also kind of funny (my baby boy Bryan approves of my terrible puns) so I bet I will be fun and more giving over emails!
I have been sketching and painting since I was a little girl. I shifted to digital art when I was 21 and it has been incredible!
I learned I could turn my artwork into embroidery so I picked up digitizing. I have been digitizing since I was 23 years old!
Growing up in a big family, money was always tight. I ensure there’s something for everybody here. Enjoy the best free designs!
